Can you believe it's Throwboy's 15th anniversary? Crazy, huh! It was 2008 when I first launched the website and kicked off this little pillow business we know today. I started with 6 icon-shaped throw pillows, a sewing machine, and the amazing support from people like you. And since 15 years is a big deal, let's celebrate by rebooting a classic.
To party like it's 2008 and say thank you for 15 amazing years of geeky and cozy things, I'm bringing you a special anniversary edition of the first-ever Throwboy line — The Icon Pillow Collection. Handmade (by yours truly) just like in the good 'ol days, you'll get to own this iconic set of six pillows that started it all. Made with the same super-soft fleece material, and using the original pillow patterns that I made all those years back, I'm so thrilled to get to make these for you one more time.
As I looked through my old archives to find the original patterns, I came across photos, fan letters, show badges, pillow prototypes, and so many other things that sparked happy memories. Throwboy has always been a labor of love for me, and I'm honored that I've been able to create products that you keep and treasure.
To all of you who have been there throughout the years, spreading the word about Throwboy, purchasing pillows online or in person, or just becoming friends with me along the way, thank you. The best is yet to come.
